The washing machine assembly line is a core link in the washing machine production process. It orderly integrates various parts processed separately and finally assembles them into complete washing machine products through a series of operations.
Composition of the washing machine assembly line
1.Conveying system:
Ordinarily, equipment such as chain conveyor lines or overhead conveyors are adopted. As the "artery" of the final assembly line, they are responsible for transporting the to-be-assembled washing machine components and semi-finished products according to the set rhythm and path.
2.Workstation setup:
Pre-installation workstation: Here, workers or automated equipment will pre-install some small parts, such as door handles, decorative strips, etc., on the washing machine shell to prepare for the subsequent overall assembly.
Inner drum installation workstation: Through robotic arms or special hoisting equipment, the assembled inner drum is accurately placed into the washing machine shell, and the connection with driving components such as the motor and reducer is completed. This process has extremely high requirements for installation accuracy. The concentricity error between the inner drum and the shell must be controlled within 0.5 mm; otherwise, it will affect the stable operation and service life of the washing machine.
Electrical system installation workstation: Connect various lines and plugs of the electrical control system with components such as the washing machine's operation panel and motor, and install components like the control panel at the same time to ensure the normal operation of the electrical system. In the wiring process, standardized interface design is adopted to improve wiring efficiency and accuracy.
Drainage system installation workstation: Install components such as drain valves and drain pipes to ensure the normal drainage function of the washing machine, and conduct tightness tests to prevent water leakage.
Door body installation workstation: Connect the washing machine door body with the shell, adjust the gap of the door body and the flexibility of opening and closing to ensure that the door body can be tightly closed, avoiding water leakage and noise problems during the washing process.
3.Auxiliary equipment:
Including screw tightening machines, press-fitting machines, testing instruments, etc. The screw tightening machine is controlled by a servo motor, which can accurately control the tightening torque to ensure that the screw connection is firm and reliable; the press-fitting machine is used for precise press-fitting of some interference-fit components, such as the assembly of bearings and shafts.
